Use the dbschema commandline utility:
dbschema -d <database> [-t <table/view>] [schemafile]

Yes. Look in sysviews joined to systables:
select viewtext
from systables st, sysviews sv
where st.tabid = sv.tabid
and st.tabname = "myviewname"
order by seqno;
