sqlcode -7348 received on a C program/UDR

IDS 11.50.FC5 AIX 6.1.3.0 Issue: My application has received a sqlcode -7348 on a C program/UDR process. In order to resolve the issue, we would bounce the instance. Questions: 1. Has anyone else experienced this issue? 2. If so, how to avoid this issue? 3.
