termcap for vt320

I'm using a terminal emulator, TUN Plus from Esker, and i have an application written in 4GL. I want to change the borders of the windows, so i need the termcap entry for a vt320. Especially i need the entry for GE, GS and GB. I have tried the entry for the vt100, but it didnt work. So is someone using this combination and can send me his termcap file, or post the entry here?
