Hi all
I have a requirement to let a user other than informix kill errant
sessions, with onmode -z. I thought I could just write a little C wrapper
which took the session id and did an onmode -z on it, running setuid
informix, but this doesn't work, I get "Must be a DBSA to run this program".
Does anyone know of a way to achieve what I want?
Cheers,
Jon.

I've cracked it now. The key is to run the wrapper setuid root
and use setreuid within it to informix.
