Informix manuals online

"Heck" yes! *IF* they were done right. They would have to have a *way* better index, and some hyper-text characteristics. My manuals are all written- over and have dozens of post-it notes sticking out marking stuff I use all the time. I have not seen an on-line facility that could do that (though I read lots of marketing hype about them!) I also often require several manuals open at once, which is hard to do on-line. This is a shortcoming of the manuals, and could be overcome with windows (or better). Maybe this should be cross-posted on the Human-Computer Interface group?
