I seem to recall you need to install iSell on the web server regardless of whether or not it is running on that box. This is so that the HTTP server has the connection module which is neccessary to connect to the Dynamo server. We have our web server on a different box than our applications server. I wasn't involved in the initial installation, but am able to look at what we have and tell you what I see ....
