Printing TOP OF PAGE character

Hello, I try to print ^L in a the output section of a report as a formfeed command. When compiling my source within C4GL compilation fails with the following error message: There is an non-printable character in the above line. See error number -4407 The error code doesn't say much more. This example is given in de 4GL 6.0 Reference manual, so why isn't this working ? Can anyone tell me how I can do this.
