Hello, friends. We have a recommendation here to increase our physical log, oun our 11.50.FC4 instance running on Linux 64 bits. Our OAT Info page brings that informations about it: Physical Log Info Physical Log Size 19.0 GB Amount Used 2.99 GB Location 4_28 Start Offset 6.13 GB Buffer Size 512 KB What OAT means with "Start Offset" ??? It´s similar to a dbspace offset ??? It really means that IDS is "ignoring" 6.13Gb on the begin of the dbspace??? No, 'Start Offset' refers to the current position in the physical log w= here next buffer write will occur. If you refresh the physical log info in OAT after a checkpoint, you wil= l notice the change in Start Offset. > > Best regards !!! > -- > > Alexandre Marini > > Analista de Tecnologia da Informa=E7=E3o - DBA > > SEFAZ-MS / SGI-UIMP / Sistemas IBM-Informix > > > ***********************************************************************= ******** > Forum Note: Use "Reply" to post a response in the discussion forum.= >=
