Informix Fantasy (American) Football League - 2015

This year we are bringing back the (Un)official IIUG fantasy football league. If you would be interested in joining please email me off-list. We had a great group of folks playing last year, it was won by Arman Prescott after a very close playoff bracket. For those that have not played before, the game itself is about drafting a team of players and deciding who plays and who sits out each week, gaining points for them gaining yards, receptions, points, etc. Then you go head to head with someone else each week and whoever can get more points wins. The end of the season there is a playoff and the winner is whoever wins it out. The league itself is free and purely for fun. It takes about an hour a week to set up your team and make substitutions as necessary. There is an initial draft period that will be held later in the month of August which if you can't make you can pre-plan rankings and the computer will pick based on those. We will be limiting it to 14 teams, so very much first come first served. Half of the folks playing last year had never played before and it is fairly quick to pick up.
