as of the last time I inquired into this, it is not possible. I would
love to be wrong about this.
Last year I entered a feature request for this. (My real intention had
been to be able to create a view as "execute procedure yutz(blah)") I do
not intend to hold my breath awaiting this feature.
But let's keep this in perspective. Aside from being a nice feature,
does your business require such a convenience? It has no bearing on
99.44% of applications, which don't read the column labels from ANY SQL
query. The only kind of app that would care about this is one that uses
real heavy dynamic SQL - like dbaccess or Jonathan's SQLCMD program.
And then, that's only for display purposes.
