Lest there be any misunderstanding, I am leaving Informix of my own volition, and (as far as I know) on good terms with all here. My last day at Informix will be Friday 16th January 1998. I'm going to work for Visa International in Foster City, CA, working on terabyte size ODS, XPS and IUS databases, so I'm not leaving Informix behind completely. For those who wish to remain in touch with me, my email address at Visa will probably be jleffler@visa.com, but I also have an email redirector account j.leffler@acm.org which will always forward email to whereever I've currently set it to send it. There may be a hiatus on my email activity until the end of January; don't write me off as uncontactable until February.
