Looks like customer/business partner opinion in IBM can make changes!!! The eCustomer Care team installed a telephone help desk in EMEA a few months ago. I thought I had posted the numbers before, sorry if I didn't. You can find them on the PA site if you click on the "forgot your password" link when you try to log in. Here they are anyway. eCustomer care EMEA Via e-mail: palogin@ie.ibm.com Via phone: UK - 0044-0800 169 1458 Germany - 0049 018 0542 6452 France - 0033 0810 260 810 Belgium - 32 2210 9835 Italy - 00 39 800 000 222 Sweden - 0046 020 340005 Denmark - 00 45 00800 75898783 Norway - 00 47 00800 75898790 Finland - 00 358 0800 117 330 Spain - 901 120 131 Portugal: Lisbon: 351 21 8927000 Porto: 351 22 2071000 Other countries - 0044-1475897291 "Neil Truby" <neil.truby@ardenta.com> wrote in message news:<2p6jpiFhcut4U1@uni-berlin.de>... > "David E. Thanks for that. It's not actually a helpline for PA though, is it? Just a helpline if you can't log in. (Unless I've misunderstood). It is my understanding thatthis is an eCustomer Care helpline and they will help with any aspect of the administration of your PA website.
