Hi, sysobjstate is a system table created by informix. Informix doesn't seem to permit altering these tables. I have seen several other system tables violate the extent guidelines(less than 8). I don't believe there is anything you can do about it. I've tried altering extent sizes and altering indexes to cluster. I understand that Informix does not have the information to size the system tables since they depend on user defined databases.
