Yes, that is expected if you have defined 3 CPU VPs. Yes it is normal.
You can tune the number of VPs in your onconfig configuration file. No,
because the rest of the 'kids' have different tasks to perform.
If you run onstat -g glo you can tie up these process numbers to a VP
class to see what they each do.
