Lock Table Overflow - onconfig

We recently had this... You will need to increase the parameter LOCKS in the onconfig file and restart the informix engine. If there was some kind of abnormal activity going on at the time causing more locks to be used than usual then you probably don't need to bother. Lock usage can be monitored with onstat -p. Look at the ovlock value. Occasional non 0 values should be ok but if it increases with regularity then you need to consider increasing the LOCKS param.
