Posted in 1995
Hey World, The latest release of the Informix FAQ is now available for anonymous ftp from kcbbs.gen.nz:/informix This directory contains the Informix FAQ version 2.1 (January 17 1995). informix.faq.html.tar.Z - Compressed HTML version of the FAQ informix.faq.Z - Compressed plaintext version of the FAQ informix.apx.Z - Compressed plaintext version of the appendices (Unchanged since November 1994) I have yet to convert the appendices to HTML format. Opinions on the new format are welcome. I realise that the plain-text version isn't as nice as it used to be, but the beauty of The Web kinda outways that shortcoming (I think). Anybody who wants to put the HTML version on a Web Server please let me know and I'll promote your site. I haven't told Bert about this version yet so http://cc1.kuleuven.ac.be/student/informix-faq.html. is NOT NOT NOT this latest release (in fact it's very old) Regards, Kerry S (Who is revelling in the power of his brand-new second-hand 386DX40!) 0 FAQ FACTS 0.1 WHAT'S NEW IN THIS RELEASE OF THE FAQ?
