Informix Network down error
I loaded informix and did a restore of the ontape backup. but I get the
error of networkdown after the restore was done.
When I restored I did not recreate the database I only created the
chunks and dbspaces. Did i do something wrong here? here are the
results and settings I have. What do I need to do.

no, neither your system nor your network is down.
You have your INFORMIXSERVER environment variable and your sqlhosts
file out of sync.
Look after the "WARNING network down" text, you will see that the
server is "Online" you just cannot connect to it the way you are set
up.
Fix your environment and you should be okay
