Premium Support is available to PA customers in EMEA Clients paying for premium support get the premium support newletter sent to them (monthly?) as one of the premium support deliverables Other deliverables include the case reviews you are familiar with pre passport advantage I am "surprised" the release dates in the premium support newlsetter are not also included in th IIUG newsletter
