Windows HELP builder?

Hello Informixers! I don't know the correct way to calls this, so I called "Windows HELP Builder". I've heard about several utilities for create documentation/conversion of Windows HELP files. I'm doing an Windows application using INFORMIX-NewEra; Creating help files without any tool for this, could be a little time consuming; Do you know any tool for creating Windows HELP files?
