Dbaccess is designed to fit into an 80x25 screen, and it isn't capable of
recognising bigger screens and sizing itself dynamically. If you use your
space bar or arrow keys, to move to the right, you will eventually see your
new menu options appear by magic. The first answer wasn't in the manuals,
the second answer was. :-)
