You are running a DataWarehouse and your engine has not been tuned for 3 years. Are you the DBA or just the messenger. If you are the latter - my condolences. If you are the former - what were you thinking? Did you have a good vacation or what? Seriously I hope you can find someone to help you. Where are you located?
