Fwd: Re: Top Databases Used

Finally a voice of reason and maturity. I agree, I signed up for this list to get some real information and help with Informix. I'm tired of wading through emails that sound like p*ssing contests in order to find some solid info. Can we please get back to what this list is for? And for those of you who tout the superiority of Oracle over Informix, while you're certainly entitled to your opinion, maybe you should find a list that's more suitable to your level of discussion. If you're here to learn about Informix, great. But if you're only here to cause disruption, then get a life. All I've heard from you is the equivalent of "my d*ck's bigger than yours" with no measuring stick to back it up. I don't understand why if a person does not like INFORMIX, is using the news group to offend us, we have to tell him: "GO AWAY" : the group is to learn and discusse about INFORMIX and it is not a box ring. --- David Stes <stes@pandora.be> escribi': > DNP wrote: > > > > Leaving that to one side; if Informix is so good, > then you enthusiastic > > Informix people should have no trouble giving me 5 > quick reasons why you > > think it is better. > > 1.
