Bad output when i print especial caracter

Hi, when i print some special characte how Bold,etc in my printer these characte is broken or bad format these only ocurred in my new version of informix i haved actually Informix Dynamic 4GL 3.00 for AIX 4.2.1 RS6000 ps. Help me to find the problem.
