Re: Vedr: Trying to automate ONTAPE

I have had problems automating ontape too. I am running on HP-UX 10.20/IDS
7.24 and neither of the suggestions below works - ontape just keeps
prompting to mount a tape.
Any ideas as to why this doesn't work ?

Hi Diane,
I am using HP-UX 10.20 and ran the suggestions below against a 7.24,
7.3, and 9.14 IDS and they work.
