You better be careful here. If you're application is written in 4GL, you dont have a migration path from Unix to NT (other than rewriting it in C/S such as NewEra et al.). I've seen lots of sites with SCO as the server for both the Informix apps, and the shared directories for the Office documents and databases. It really is quite simple with a product like Samba, or a commercial PC based TCP suite like Esker's TUN or FTP's PCTCP. Depends on what level of integration you require for the Office products (just shared directories or what?), but your move to NT may be a little premature (not to mention costly if the application needs to be rewritten).
