For I-4GL conversion to a graphical environment, particularly if I-Forms or CASE Tools were used, check out http://www.leadtogold.com You will be able to continue to develop in a 4GL like language, the language is being expanded by the authors (4J's Development Tool - http://www.4js.com) and the CASE Tools are being enhanced to include new technologies. Your old applications can be converted in a matter of days or weeks. Your programmers' skills can continue to be refined, rather than have to be redeveloped in a new language. Enhancements to both the GOOEY CASE Tools and 4J's Compiler are meeting the original concept introduced by FourGen of "Modifiability By Design". The Tools have already proved to be a significant advantage to those who used them for development because some of them already have their applications converted to Graphical.
