Various problems with Onine DS V7.3 for NT

This = is the one that informix are giving away via the TNT program. When I start the system up, I get the error: AdmAgent.exe - Application error The instruction at '0x10087c69' referenced memory at '0x00000000'. The = memory could not be read. Does anyone know if you can access the technical support that comes as = part of the TNT program online? So far I have not been able to locate = anywhere on theweb page where the support for this program can be = accessed. Reading the 'features' documentation, there are supposed to be graphical = adminstation tools with the product (space manager etc). The standard = install did not appear to include these. Anyone know anything about = them?
