What version are you running? when given onstat -p its good to know
how long it has been since statistics were zeroed (or if they havent
when the server came up)

This states you have more dskreads than you have pagreads and that you
have more dskwrits than pagwrits, thatt is a bit confusing to me, you might
zero statistics, let it run for a day and the post the results along with
how long it has been since statistics have been zeroed.

While turning TBLSPACE_STATS to 0 will get you some improvement,
you might look at the statistics from it to find your most heavily
hit tables, so you might look at ways to make hitting those tables faster.
onstat -g iof
onstat -D
onstat -P | tail
onstat -m
all might be helpful.
