The process that is generating these depends on how you are backing up your logical logs, either with "ontape" or "onbar". You can use "ps" to find out which is running on your system. I suspect this is an ontape process (ontape -c). If you are unsure what these processes are and how to identify them, I really suggest that you attend an IDS administration course.
