There was a change in Online 7.10.UD1, logical logs are no longer
freed until the moment there are reused. Also long as they are (U)sed
and (B)acked up and do not contain any open transactions they will be
reused.
This changes was so that you can use onlog to still examine them.
This also helps Informix Technical Support.
