RDBMS DEVELOPER - TOP $$$ w/EQUITY - Wash, DC

I need a RDBMS developer with a minimum of 10 years overall programming experience with at least 3 years in relational database engine design and implementation. You will be responsible for providing the propriarty portion of the RDBMS software to suppport the company's data warehouse system(we build the hardware too!!!). You will have the opportunity to be a major contributor in the development of the overall product specifications and play the key role in the design of the database end of the product which of course must interface with all of the industry standard RDBMS products. You will, needless to say, need strong UNIX C/C++ and object oriented programming skills. This is a solid company located outside Washington, DC in suburban Maryland with tremendous growth potential.
