Blocked:CKPT
This happened already the second time but I still don't have
a clue what is wrong. The DB hangs in CKPT:

There are 2 oninits which make a busy loop, consume cpu
time and do nothing, this IMHO does not look like being
blocked?? I closed all connections from outside, netstat
shows no open ifx sockets, but the sessions still show
in onstat -u and onstat -g ses as if they existed.
Four of them were in critical sections, so that may be a reason
for blocking:

but I don't understand why oninits make busy loops and why
the sessions do not disappear. All of them were LOCK MODE
WAIT 10, so they should not be blocking infinitely, either.
