ESQL-C problem

Hi, I have Informix OnLine 7.12 and ESQL-C 7.11 (for Solaris 2.4) under Solaris 2.5. My ESQL-C programs can't connect to database server on the same box. Informix return error -25574 "Network driver cannot open the network device". DBaccess works well with the same INFORMIXSERVER. I use TCP/IP connection entry in sqlhosts file. Can anybody help me?
