Informix Web DataBlade module

Hi all, we have an informix database which serves webpages via the Web DataBlade module. Unfortunately, although it continues to serve the pages with no problems, we can't use the AppPage Builder to alter/add web pages. I looked in the manual and to invoke AppPage Builder pointed my browser at : http://<hostname>/cgi-bin/webdriver?MIval=apb as it suggested but all I get is a blank page, not even an error message. I've also tried overiding all the necessary web.cnf variables like this: http://<hostname>/cgi-bin/webdriver?MIval=apb&MItab=webpages&MIcol=objec t&MInam=ID Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any help! Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
Sorry about the unneccessary repost guys, I didn't realise that my previous post on this subject had been sent (due to my dodgy connection). While I'm here though, any info on this subject would be greatly appreciated. So far we've established that the webpage "apb" doesn't exist in the database (thanks to Rob Wilson for that!) Sounds like you are using DDW (Data Director for Web) to edit AppPages. I posted a response to the other thread you started but forgot to CC you in e-mail. Find a PC that has DDW installed on it (in one of the informix folders). Start the "Site Manager" or the "AppPage Editor". webpages table is for APB wbpages is for DDW unless you have some kind of custom setup. With web.4.00.UC1 DDW and apb have been integrated (as per documentation) and the new apb is now called apb2. Migrating from apb to apb2 is some task. I dread it since it is coming in the near future.
