Network Appliance Filers: Performance

Does anyone have experience using a Network Appliance Filer as a storage system for Informix 7.31? If so can you give me some information on performance? My main concern is Net App's implementation of Raid4/Cooked Files over our current Raid1/Raw Devices. Any information you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks, Andrew Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.

But naturally I would be able to do this. Just see my attached sig. But I don't know how many of our customers use this newsgroup any longer so, lacking a response, if you still want some customer contacts, I would be glad to help out. -- Bruce Clarke Network Appliance - Database Marketing Phone: 1-408-822.6275 Email: bruce.clarke@netapp.com Web: http://www.netapp.com Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
