Monica If you read OTC's email carefully, you will notice a page number and a manual name. Having that will enable you to get the whole story about disabling indexes which spans some 3-4 pages and consequently would be less "misleading" than a 1-paragraph answer which may or may not solve the immediate problem. And no, I dont work for/with OTC, and nor do I intend to start a flame-war. I am simply pointing out that in this case, the page number and a request to RTFM was more appropriate than an answer.
