HADR Asynchronous performance

O/S: HP-UX 10.20 ENG: IDS 7.24.UC4X3 WAN: 1Mbit ATM (pan-european) I am looking to set-up a wide area HADR replication pair between two European countries over a 1Mbit WAN. I need to configure the replication such that the performance impact to the primary server is at an absolute minimum. Using replication in 'asynchronous' mode what value range should be considered for the DRINTERVAL & DRTIMEOUT. It's not really an issue for the replicate to drop and re-sync, the burning issue is that the replication does not effect the primary OLTP performance. Any experiences, benchmarks and/or guidance would be gratefully recieved. Rgds, Jamie
