I prefer people without significant brain activity.
I tell people, find the most boring person in the company and use them. Look
for someone who dots all the I's and crosses all the T's, who has mortadella
and tomato sauce on white bread sandwiches every day, and has worn the same
style of shirt/dress for the last 15 years. They are the person most likely
to be able to religiously follow a backup procedure, and as such, this
person is worth their weight in gold.
