VB6 SCO Vision & Informix SE 5.01 error

Hi all, We are using both Informix se 5.01 & On line 5.10 with SCO vision ODBC driver. When we connect to the On line engine using SCO vision everything works find. Connecting to se we get the following error when trying to insert: "no transactions started" If we access the engine using SQL we can insert, update O.K. and checking the transaction log is running. Is there any configuration or compatibility issues that we may have over looked. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
