Excalibur Datablade

Hi does anybody have some experience with the Excalibur Text-Datablade? We have a lot of problems with damaged Excalibur indexes (usually -937 errors, followed by a total crash of the Informix-Server (9.14UC7 on Solaris 2.6). Excalibur is version 1.30UC3. We appreciate any help.
