This is when the number of rows found in the unl file is validated
against the number in your export sql script. This is in the comments,
so be very careful about modifying even the comments in this file. As
far as I know (I haven't seen 7.31) this value is taken from the actual
rows unloaded, not the statistics. But that could have changed if the
update statistics commands are also exported now.

The rules remain the same, make sure you run update statistics AFTER the
load, whether after the dbimport, or during the dbimport with the
generated commands.
