I have had very good results running Informix 4GL programs on PCs, linked to a database on a Sun. Linkage was via I-Net. Our project involved concurrent access from users on PCs in Denver, Vandenberg AFB in California, and Cape Canaveral, Florida, to the database in Denver. Somehow I feel as though I am missing something in your question, Pat. Regards, Alan +------------------------------+---------------------------------------+ | R.
