Nettype

I have been experiencing some network errors in my online.log. Is there
anything that I can tune? There is about 1300 users connecting and this
is my network configuration.
NETTYPE soctcp,20,100,CPU # Configure poll thread(s) for nettype
11:24:54 listener-thread: err = -952: oserr = 0: errstr = : User'spassword is not correct for the database server.
Below is an output of out onstat -g ntt:
#netscb connects read write q-free q-limits q-exceed
1172/1748 82392 284253503 287271746 36/ 170 170/ 10 10531/ 53
can someone elaborate more on this output?
Thanks in advance

Does not run soctcp threads on CPU VPs, they should be run on
NET VPs.

This is possibly because the users password has expired or the
user entered a wrong password

nothing wrong here
just a user learning to type on keyboard ... i had this message many times
otherwise for CPU or NET ... frankly i'm not sure ... i would also set to
NET for ODBC connections for instance!
