Yes, there was a bug in some version (7.20-7.23, maybe?) where, if you entered 29/2/00, and you had DBCENTURY set to expand it to the year 2000, it would tell you it was an invalid date (as it would be, if it were 29/2/1900). This is fixed in later releases. This has been discussed here before, so you can find more specific data using DejaNews, or if you have access to Informix's TechInfo Center, you can find it in the Defect Report (or something like that).
