If you want to hear the strategy talk to an IBM sales person and explain what you want to achieve with the product. IBM has lots of products and the sales team earn their money explaining which products they think are suitable for YOU and why. THEN YOU COMPARE THEM AGAINST THE COMPETITION. The web page link is a list of products. I know which product I want to use and can use that page to get to the product I want to know about.
