RE: Increasing 32K PCode size limit within a function

David- Assuming that your input array already has most of the data validation moved into separate functions, the limit stands. If your input array has its data validation internal, why not look at compartmentalizing it: INPUT ARRAY doofus WITHOUT DEFAULTS FROM foo.* BEFORE INPUT CALL doofus_before_input() BEFORE ROW LET scr_ptr=scr_line() LET arr_ptr=arr_curr() CALL doofus_before_row(scr_ptr, arr_ptr) .... END INPUT About the only items I can think of that actually need to be inside the input statement are operators like arr_curr() and scr_line(), which can be saved and passed to other functions. Of course this would require that the array you're working on has to be global in scope. The pointers could be as well, for that matter. --EEM > -----Original Message----- > From: 4GL_Crusader [mailto:davidmurray@pricechopper.com] > Sent: Wednesday, September 14, 2005 2:11 PM > To: informix-list@iiug.org > Subject: Increasing 32K PCode size limit within a function > > Error Received: > > Error number -4451.
