Yeah. I'm guessing they all thought "let's avoid that wittering clit Gumby" but after a while realised it was not fair to think all Chicagoans are cunts. -- Cheers, Obnoxio The Clown http://obotheclown.blogspot.com -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by OpenProtect(http://www.openprotect.com), and is believed to be clean.

I wonder if your sock puppets also wear clown makeup? But lets get back on track here. The point of this thread is that IBM is being a bit disingenuous by saying one thing to the IIUG or 'Informix loyal' yet saying another thing to the rest of the IT industry. Go watch the recorded version and read the slide deck. Do you want me to send it to you? Sorry but just because I'm willing to point out the hard to swallow obvious facts, doesn't mean you should shoot the messenger.

Do you want me > to send it to you? OK, so if Panther is released and Arvind or Ambuj only talks about IDS, will you be moaning because they didn't mention DB2? And if they talk about DB2 in the IDS launch, will you be applauding them for that? > Sorry but just because I'm willing to point out the hard to swallow > obvious facts, doesn't mean you should shoot the messenger. The problem is roughly akin to the boy who cried wolf: some people make such a PITA of themselves that whatever they say is deprecated. It's not so much shooting the messenger as ignoring him because of his overbearing, self-righteous, smug, irritating attitude. And sadly, Gum ... er, grendal, no-one else is to blame for that but you. -- Cheers, Obnoxio The Clown http://obotheclown.blogspot.com -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by OpenProtect(http://www.openprotect.com), and is believed to be clean.
