Logical log question

I was wondering if anyone could give me some helpful info on logical logs. Today I encountered a problem when I did an onstat -l, it showed that I had two logical logs recieving transactions. (I had the c flag on 2 logs) What could cause this and how can you fix this. Do you drop the log? g. in AZ
