If you opened an Email with the Subject "Check This", your computer has a
virus and you will need to remove it from your hard disks and the computer's
registry.
The virus sends itself to all the entries in your MS Outlook address book.
Here is a website with more info
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/vbs.freelink.html
Here's how to remove it:
Hard disk:
right click on Start menu
select Find
in "Named" box, type: rundll.vbs
click Find Now button
if it finds the file, right click on the file and choose Delete
be sure not to delete the file rundll32.exe or Windows won't run
Registry:
Start menu -> Run
in the "Open" box, type regedit, click on OK button
from the menu, choose Edit -> Find
In "Find what" box, type: rundll.vbs
if it finds an entry, click right on it and select delete
press F3 function key to search again until no more are found
