Database/Database transfers

We have an increasing number of databases of one kind or another, including Informix, SQL Server for NT, AS/400 etc. on our network, all of which have access from PC's via ODBC. We are looking for an application to run on a PC to automatically transfer subsets of data at timed intervals (eg. every hour, 24 hours etc.) between ODBC accessible databases. We have come across products which are dedicated to specific databases, but we need one which will work with ODBC. Preferably it should be able to run on an NT host, although this is not essential.
